Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BundleDealz.com, we sell digital products including but not limited to PDF files, video courses, downloadable materials, and digital access products.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully completed and access to the product has been granted:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No cancellations will be accepted

  • No exchanges will be provided

This policy is in place because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

2. Accidental Purchase

Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before completing the transaction.

3. Duplicate Payments

If due to a technical error:

  • A customer is charged twice for the same order, or

  • Payment is deducted but the order is not generated,

We will review the case and process a refund after proper verification.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Payment Failure

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

  • Banks typically reverse the transaction within 5–7 working days.

  • If the amount is not refunded within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider (e.g., Razorpay).

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us:

  • Access to the purchased product may be suspended

  • The account may be permanently restricted

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of proven fraud

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before filing any disputes.

6. Agreement Confirmation

During checkout, customers are required to tick the checkbox:

“I have read and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.”

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
